Cancellation & Refund Policy

We want every booking to go ahead as planned. When it cannot, here is exactly what you can expect from us.

Refund schedule

48+ hours before the session

100% refund

Cancel at least 48 hours before your scheduled session start time and receive a full refund of the all-in price to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Under 48 hours before the session

50% refund

Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the session start time are eligible for a 50% refund of the all-in price. The remaining 50% covers ingredients we've already sourced for your menu and the chef's committed time and preparation.

Chef cancellation or no-show

If HosFin or the chef cancels your session for any reason, or if the chef fails to arrive without prior notice, you are entitled to a full refund plus a priority rebooking with another chef. We will contact you on WhatsApp to resolve this immediately.

How to cancel

Reply to your booking confirmation on WhatsApp or message us directly at the support number. Include your booking reference (shown on your confirmation page). Our team processes cancellation requests within 2 business hours.

Refund processing time

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method used at checkout. Processing typically takes 5–7 business days depending on your bank or card issuer.

Rescheduling

If you need to change the date or time rather than cancel, contact us at least 48 hours before your session. We will do our best to reschedule at no additional charge, subject to the chef's availability.

Exceptional circumstances

We handle genuine emergencies (medical, bereavement) on a case-by-case basis. Contact us as soon as possible and we will work with you to find a fair resolution regardless of the timing.
